SAME CHURCH, NEW BUILDING

We have now begun our six-month building project at St Michael’s (Town Centre) to give us all we need to host the people of Basingstoke as our church continues to grow and welcome new people.

We are adding a café space and toilets, along with new comfier and more flexible seating, all to make the space more usable for Sundays and through the week.

While that work is happening, we are moving our services up the road to our All Saints location at the Top of Town. We’ll be joining to worship with the congregations from both buildings and launching a new service in the evening.

It is going to involve flexibility and a generous heart from each of us as we make this move, but I am excited to see what God can continue to do amongst us in this season.

FAQS

  • Yes. There will be both Kids Church and Youth at The Eleven, and Kids Church at the 9am service.

  • There are carparks behind All Saints - Castons Car Park, Caston’s Yard, Albert Yard Car Park - or you can continue to park at St Michael’s and walk up through town.

  • Yes, the 9am will be very similar to the current 9:30 services, with our choirs, organ, robes and the traditional Eucharist. The Eleven will be the same as it is currently.

  • The capacity at All Saints is less than St Michael’s, so this is one of the reasons to launch the 6pm service, as The Eleven congregation will more than fill every seat in the building. So we will be inviting some of you to be part of launching this!

  • We hope to be back at St Michael’s for September 2025
